Textile Technology Training Program
The Textile and Clothing Technology program at Hanoi University of Science and Technology is developed in line with modern international CDIO standards. The curriculum integrates lectures with practice in modern laboratories and equipment rooms, supported by more than 50 training textbooks authored by the Institute’s faculty. Students are equipped with both advanced theoretical foundations and practical skills, actively engage in scientific research, and gain hands-on experience through collaborations with leading enterprises.
With a history of more than 68 years, the program has consistently prepared graduates to contribute across the entire domestic and international textile and apparel supply chain. Graduates achieve a 100% employment rate within 1–3 months after graduation and enjoy strong opportunities for professional growth and career advancement.
Typical job positions:
- Technology engineer, product designer; Technical management; Production management and operation at Yarn, Weaving, Dyeing and Finishing, Garment and Fashion, Footwear, and leather product (bags, cases...) enterprises;
- Vietnamese and foreign businesses providing raw materials, products, and equipment for Yarn, Weaving, Dyeing and Finishing, Garment, Fashion, Leather and Footwear;
- Lecturers, researchers at Universities, Colleges, Research Institutes, Quality Inspection Centers for Textiles, Clothing, Fashion, Leather and Footwear;
- Self-entrepreneurship;
- Postgraduate studies (master's, doctoral) in Vietnam or abroad.
