INTRODUCTION
Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Thi Thuy is currently a senior lecturer in the field of polymers and composites in the Faculty of Applied Chemical Materials, School of Materials Science and Engineering, Hanoi University of Science and Technology. Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Thi Thuy graduated from university with a major in macromolecular compound technology in 1999; received a Master's degree in polymer-composite materials technology in 2007; Completed PhD thesis in Chemical Engineering with major in Macromolecular and Composite Materials in 2013. The entire training process of Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Thi Thuy were both taken at Hanoi University of Science and Technology. Current research directions of Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Thi Thuy includes: Research on synthesizing bio-polymers from vegetable oils and by-products; Research on blends, green polymer composites and applications of bio-polymers; Research on the synthesis and application of green polyurethane dispersed in water (waterborne polyurethane).
