Scientific background


INTRODUCTION

Dr. Pham Van Tuan is currently a lecturer at the Faculty of Electronic Materials and Devices, School of Materials Science and Engineering (SMSE), Hanoi University of Science and Technology (HUST). He graduated Bachelor of Science in Materials Science, Hanoi National University in 2004, and received a master’s degree in Semiconductor Physics, Hanoi National University in 2007. In 2015, he received a PhD degree in Materials Science, Hanoi University of Science and Technology. Current research directions include synthesis and optoelectronic nanomaterials for lighting; synthesis and properties of ZnO/rGO, SnO2/rGO photocatalytic nanomaterials for environmental treatment; Preparation and properties of rare-earth ion-doped semiconductor nanomaterials for optoelectronic devices; The photoelectrochemical properties of semiconducting nanomaterials.
