INTRODUCTION

Dr. To Thanh Loan is lecturer at Faculty of Electronic Materials and Components, School of Materials, Hanoi University of Science and Technology. Dr. To Thanh Loan graduated as specialist-Master of Physics from Tula State University, Russian Federation in 2009; completed Doctoral Thesis in Condensed Matter Physics at Tula State University, Russian Federation in 2012. Main research orientations of Dr. To Thanh Loan include: magnetic materials; crystal, atomic, magnetic, and local structure, and oxidation state of materials by using diffraction experiments (X-ray, synchrotron, neutron) and X-ray absorption spectroscopy.
