INTRODUCTION
Dr. Hoang Thi Ngoc Quyen is currently a lecturer at the School of Materials Science and Technology, Hanoi University of Science and Technology. Dr. Hoang Thi Ngoc Quyen graduated from Hanoi University with a major in Organic Chemistry in 1996; received a Master's degree in Materials Science, ITIMS Institute, Hanoi University of Science and Technology in 2002; completed the Ph.D. thesis in Materials Engineering, Hanoi University of Science and Technology in 2014. Current research directions of Dr. Hoang Thi Ngoc Quyen include: Research on wear-resistant alloys, corrosion-resistant alloys, austenite stainless steel and high chromium white cast iron.

- Completing modification technology combining casting and heat treatment to increase wear resistance, impact toughness for white cast iron 10 -13% chromium for manufacturing grinding balls (2013-2014), Hanoi Department of Science and Technology
- Study on the influence of Mo on the corrosion resistance of the 27% Chromium cast iron system in an aggressive environment, applied to manufacture details of chemical pumps for the mining industry (2009). -2021), Hanoi University of Science and Technology.
