INTRODUCTION
Currently, Assoc. Prof. Bui Anh Hoa is a lecturer at the School of Material Science and Engineering (SMSE), Hanoi University of Science and Technology (HUST). Assoc. Prof. Bui Anh Hoa graduated in metallurgy, HUST in 1996; conferred master’s degree in metallurgy, HUST in 2001; completed the PhD thesis in metallurgy and materials science, Kyungpook National University (Rep. of Korea) in 2006. Recent research directions of Assoc. Prof. Bui Anh Hoa are including Steel and alloy for industrial applications; Slag and flux used in iron and steelmaking; Recycling of solid wastes (slag and dust) in iron and steelmaking processes.

- Project funded by Ministry of Industry and Trade “Study on collecting the ultra-fine zinc oxide (ZnO) powder from the dust of electric arc furnace steelmaking” (grant number: 021.2021.ĐT.BO/HĐKHCN), implemented from 4/2021 to 6/2022, finished.
- Project funded by Ministry of Industry and Trade “Study on manufacturing ultra-low carbon steel applied in the industry” (grant number: ĐTKHCN.044-16), implemented from 1/2016 to 12/2016, finished.
