INTRODUCTION
MSc Do Thi Hai An is a lecturer at the Department of Textiles - Leather and Fashion, School of Materials Science and Engineering, Hanoi University of Science and Technology. She graduated in Textil and Clothing Technology in 1994, received a Master's degree in Textile Material Technology in 1997, received a Master's degree in Economics in 2000 and completed her PhD dissertation majoring in Economics in 2009. Current research directions: managing small and medium-sized enterprises, improving the competitiveness of Vietnam's textile and garment industry, developing human resources in garment enterprises, environment and sustainable development, merchandaise, environment and health, products good for users' health.
