INTRODUCTION
MA. Ngo Thi Quynh Chi is currently a lecturer at the department of Textile, Leather and Fashion, Hanoi University of Science and Technology. MA. Ngo Thi Quynh Chi graduated in Fashion Design, Hanoi University of Industrial Fine Arts in 2004, received a Master's degree in Fine Arts Industrial Design, Ministry of Education and Training in 2011. In 2017, MA. Ngo Thi Quynh Chi completed her master thesis majoring in Business Administration for SMEs, University of Leipzig, Germany. Current research directions of MA. Ngo Thi Quynh Chi includes: Psychology of fashion customer behavior; Product design and development.
